Thank you for taking the time to read about our Denver, Colorado Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law Firm.  Let us tell you a little about ourselves and the firm. 

Our story begins in 1996 at the University of Denver Sturm College of law, where we met and became friends.  After obtaining our law degrees, we each took attorney positions practicing Criminal Defense law in the Denver metro region.   We reconnected in 2002 and worked together at a small criminal defense law firm until 2004.  In May of 2004, we established our firm, Frankfurt & Trani, P.C..  It was our purpose to provide excellent criminal defense to stand for the rights of the accused. 

The Firm’s attorneys care about each and every single one of their clients.  We strive to be compassionate for the situations that they and their families are facing.  We respect that our clients are human beings and deserve to be treated as such.  We have seen how, whether guilty or innocent, a person’s life and family can be torn apart by the criminal justice system.  It is this Firm’s purpose to ease our clients’ burden and ensure that their rights are fought for and preserved. 

Since the establishment of Frankfurt & Trani, P.C. our attorneys have litigated against some of the best criminal prosecutors in the state.  In 2008, we decided to put this litigation experience to work for those who have been personally injured, or otherwise wronged, by the negligent or reckless actions of other individuals or corporations.  To accomplish this, we established our personal injury practice. 

While other personal injury attorneys have spent very little actual time in the courtroom, our attorneys have spent their entire careers there.  And while most personal injury attorneys will hope that your case settles long before there is an actual trial, our attorneys relish the opportunity to present your story to a jury so that justice is truly served.

Our Firm still provides premier criminal defense representation.  We handle all types of serious felony and misdemeanor matters in state, municipal and federal courts throughout Colorado. Our specialized training and experience in trial practice and in specific fields of evidence, including crime scene, accident reconstruction, fingerprint, gun shot residue, intoxilyzer, DNA, and medical evidence, have provided us with knowledge and experience not possessed by most criminal law firms in the state.
