Will is one of the founding partners of Frankfurt & Trani, P.C.  Together with M. Trent Trani, they formed a firm committed to providing aggressive, zealous representation to their clients.  The firm, still in large part, represents criminal defense clients but also represents clients in civil restraining orders, personal injury and  workers’ compensation matters.

Will specializes in representing criminal defense and personal injury clients.  He is a seasoned attorney who has tried and handled hundreds of cases in municipal, state and federal courts in counties stretching across Colorado.  He has obtained successful results in cases ranging from felony assault, DUI, felony sex and drug offenses, to federal embezzlement and bank robbery.

Will’s commitment to his clients and aggressive representation on their behalf has helped the firm grow quickly and successfully.  His approach to the handling of clients’ interests is based on integrity and zealous advocacy.  It is this approach that has earned a respectful rapport with judges and prosecutors statewide, as well as, a growing practice based on referrals and repeat clients.
