Hi- I was wondering if you have ever had a class 6 felony posession of codeine (‘06 in Adams county) record sealed or even you know someone who has, or if it is at all possible to do. Perhaps somewhere in the second chance law there are provisions. My life has been turned upside down due to this and I cannot live an even remotely normal life. I also believe that I was misrepresented by my attorney as he came to our first court date with an empty file and asked me if he gave it to me! I also let him talk me into pleading guilty w/o trial and without knowing all the ramifications. Maybe I’m color blind as well as I did not see the ‘red’ flag then. Retrospect is something none of us should have to endure…I apologize for regressing but in a moment of clarity I cannot live like this.
